🔹 System Access and Usage Rules

1. User Registration

• Registration is mandatory to access all platform services.
• Account activation requires email validation through the automatically sent confirmation link.
• Each email address may be associated with only one user account.

2. System Structure

• After logging in, the user will view three main areas:
  • Top frame: displaying the three available chapels.
  • Central frame: complete sector map with all existing chapels; owned chapels are always visible directly on the map.
  • Bottom frame: user information, latest visit details, and overview of owned structures.
• The entire virtual environment is managed by an automated system (AI-Server), which determines:
  • day duration,
  • weather conditions,
  • night mode,
  • chapel status (e.g., internal window closures).
• Weather and time parameters may vary according to system decisions.

3. Chapel Management

• Users may own multiple chapels, provided each is linked to a valid contract.
• Upon registration, and when selecting a new chapel, a 3-day trial chapel is assigned.
• Trial chapel features:
  • Full access to all system functions
  • Placement of up to 9 objects
  • Use of all available items
  • Donations Time always active
  • Only one trial chapel may be used at a time
• During the 3-day period, all data, objects and settings of the trial chapel are permanently deleted.
• During the trial, the user may:
  • Activate an Annual or Forever contract
  • Request an additional trial chapel, if permitted

4. Donations Time & Features

• When Donations Time is active, the user may:
  • Insert and remove objects
  • Perform a total reset
  • Play music
  • Manage audio controls
  • Upload photos to an Album and create Memorial Videos
  • Insert and edit information about their beloved pet
• When Donations Time is inactive, the following features are disabled:
  • Object insertion
  • Photo uploads and Memorial video creation
  • Pet information insertion and updates
• The following actions are always allowed:
  • Rearranging objects already placed
  • Music playback
  • Total reset

5. Operational Durations

• Object duration: 15 days
• Donations Time duration: 24 hours
• Trial chapel duration: 3 days

6. Photo, Video & Pet Data Management

• Uploaded Photos:
  • Format: JPG
  • Maximum size: 2 MB
  • Maximum quantity: 10 photos + 1 main photo
• Memorial Video:
  • The user may create 1 memorial video with music and special effects (if requested).
  • All generated videos may be freely downloaded.
  • The system stores only the latest created video, automatically overwriting previous ones.
• Required pet information:
  • Name
  • Date of passing
  • Personal message or dedication

7. Notifications & Communications

• An email reminder is sent 3 days before contract expiration.
• The user will also receive notifications regarding object expiration.
• Technical timings and expiration criteria may be updated daily according to system requirements.

8. Non-Relevant Photos

• Photos deemed inappropriate or not coherent with the memorial context will be removed without notice.
• The user will receive notification of the removal.
• A second violation results in permanent removal from the community.

• Mandatory registration with email verification

• Inserted objects valid for 15 days

• Non-relevant photos: removal and possible permanent ban
